WHO ARE YOU?
I am a trained Hypnotherapist specialising in relationships, weight control and stress related issues. I am mother of one and love to work with topics of Human rights in my spare time. I also am a qualified teacher and a qualified therapist. My qualifications stem from BSc in psychology and human biology, Master in psychology and post-graduate diploma in counselling psychology. I am a qualified and experience Yoga and Meditation teacher which I practise on a daily basis and a strong believer that a lot can be gained from incorporating simple principals in daily life.
HOW YOU WORK?
I am primarily humanistic in my approach and value the person in front of me. As a Hypnotherapist I am very focused on including a good understanding of your unconscious thoughts as well as childhood experiences combined with psychotherapy theory of behaviour to help you along your journey. Showing you the importance of understanding you as human being, the need for client confidentiality is paramount and a desire to help improve any area of your life is my aim as your therapist. I have good organization and communication skills to help make you self-motivated to achieve the goals you need to.
As a psychotherapist my counseling is specifically designed to enable individuals to express their genuine thoughts and feelings about their difficulties and gain a deeper understanding either about themselves and situations in their life. My aim I to help reflect your goals from therapy, within a non-judgmental and safe environment.

Prices vary based on being located in France; However I can do Skype for counselling from any country. My qualifications are all UK based.
