WHAT ARE YOUR CORE VALUES, HOW DO YOU WORK?
As a trainee doctoral psychologist, I offer in a warm, empathic, non-judgmental and confidential space, encouraging exploration and reflection. A setting where you can express yourself freely and safely. I am genuinely passionate about therapy. I believe that we all have the capacity to heal and process through emotional pain. However, I also acknowledge that life sometimes can provide us with experiences that may inhibit us from living authentically. The way I practice and live my life is deeply rooted within the humanistic philosophy, centering the notion of human potential. In my core I value honesty, integrity and authenticity. My aim in therapy is to reduce psychological distress and support you through any type of difficulties you are experiencing at the moment.
Humans are creatures of habits. We tend to follow the same ‘scripts’ again and again, as patterned behaviour make us feel secure. Our patterns are formed in our early experiences, but some can amplify unwanted feelings, thoughts and scenarios. We can break out of these patters by enhancing our self-awareness. I empower my clients to be the author of their own story. You will be the centre of the work. You are the best expert on yourself, your own experiences and your own unique path in life. I am here to support your inner guidance containing your own personal goals and dreams. I provide high standards of care by empowering and embracing my clients individual journey, enhancing personal growth and promoting ownership of their lives by letting go of patterns that no longer serve their well-being.
