WHO ARE YOU?
I am a relational practitioner with a worldly outlook and a passion for psychology and people. I have been lucky to receive an International education and have lived in three countries: France, the United Kingdom, and the Czech Republic. Over the last ten years, I have trained on various courses and gathered knowledge of psychology, cognitive neuroscience, research methodologies, and professional knowledge of three of the main models of psychotherapy. I have been in practice as a counsellor and psychologist since 2011. During this time I have gained experience working with adults across the lifespan, children and adolescents.
I am a fully qualified Counselling psychologist accredited with the British Psychological Society, and registered with the UK Health and Care Profession Council as of January 2017.
I can offer counselling sessions in the French and the English language.
HOW YOU WORK?
My practice sits within a Pluralistic stance where no model of therapy takes predominance over another. Rather it is you, the unique individual, who is at the centre of the therapeutic process. During a session, you can expect me to be fully present, gently focused and attentive. I will aim at providing a warm, open and welcoming environment for you to feel safe and explore. I will bring my knowledge, experience, material, and skills to accompany you on the sometimes highly challenging journey towards change. You will be an active agent in choosing your direction. I will welcome and prompt your feedback to ensure we keep on track. The first few sessions will be trial sessions where you can decide whether you can foresee a working therapeutic relationship with me. This is essential as it is the quality of our collaboration and connection that can determine the success of therapy.
YOUR CORE VALUES, WHAT ARE THEY?
My core values are Humanistic. I believe that given the right conditions, all humans have an inherent potential to self-actualise, which is also pro-social. Therapy can offer the conditions to connect with oneself, to enable forming positive relationships, and to find a fulfilling path and life direction.
WHAT THERAPIES DO YOU OFFER?

My media of therapy include face-to-face therapy, Skype therapy, and mindful walking.
